He was born in Milan on 19 February 1958.
He graduated in 1983 from the University of Milan and he was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1986; Supreme Court Lawyer from 1998.
He joined the Firm as a partner in 2005.
He specializes in civil, commercial and company law. So far as judicial matters are concerned he specialises in company and contract litigation and arbitration. In non-contentious matters he has considerable experience in M&A and real estate.
He sits on the board of a number of unlisted Italian companies.
