Judicial Advice

In the judicial field the Practice provides advice and assistance in the company sector, protecting the interests of clients in disputes relating to the validity of resolutions of General Meetings and of the Board of Directors, contracts for the purchase of company Shareholdings, Shareholder agreements, the responsibilities of directors and supervisory bodies and in company winding up and liquidation procedures.

The Practice is also able to offer many years of experience and expertise in commercial and contractual disputes with particular reference to property and leasing law, unfair competition, insolvency law and insolvency procedures and copyright and intellectual property.

The Practice is also active in arbitration law. In this context the partners of the Practice provide clients with representation to protect their interests in arbitration proceedings while on other occasions acting as arbitrators themselves.

The Practice is concerned to devote particular care to clients’ interests when disputes are settled including before the initiation of legal proceedings
