He was born in Milan on 9 March 1946.
He graduated with honours in 1968 at the University of Milan and he was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1971; Supreme Court Lawyer from 1987. Enrolled at the Auditors Register since 1993.
Founding partner of the Firm in 2003.
He specializes in civil, commercial and company law. So far as judicial matters are concerned he specialises in company and contract litigation generally, including arbitration proceedings. In non-contentious matters he has considerable experience in M&A and in company restructuring operations.
He sits on the board of a number of unlisted Italian companies.
